Fiberglass Products for a Better Environment
- Manhole and wet-well rehabilitation services that include the installation of fiberglass liners into existing structures. The fibreglass liners provide increased structure integrity and corrosion resistance.
- New lift station and manhole construction service that includes the setting of concrete wet well structures, piping installation, pump installation, electrical control installation and all related ancillary fencing, driveways, generators and site restoration is required.
- Underground structure pressure grouting service that includes the sealing of specific structure deficiencies from ground water intrusion. Grouting is performed from the inside of the structure eliminating the need for external ground excavation.
- The lining of new and existing concrete water channels with flat fiberglass panels. The panels are structurally fastened to the existing concrete structure. All joints, seams, and penetrations through the panels are sealed and bonded with fiberglass materials providing a single high strength integral lining protecting the existing structure from corrosion.
Our manufacturer used hand lay-up, spray up, chop-hoop winding and vacuum-forming methods of fabrication to process reinforced polyester, vinyl-ester, fire-retardant and corrosion resistant resins.
Our hoop-wound fiberglass liners have a high glass-to-resin ratio, without fillers, to combine both strength and light weight for ease of installation and trouble-free service.
All liners are built to ASTM-D3753 specifications.
